Every child deserves a role model in their home. But if a parent or guardian is absent trying to make a living wage with 2 or 3 jobs, the child is 80 percent more likely to end up in the prison system. Did you know that minorities are 4 times more likely to work multiple jobs?

8 years ago a burden to address this problem was put in my heart. There was a concern of empty chairs in schools and violence, kids were either disengaged or not showing up. If you looked deeper their parents lacked the support needed to adequately provide, with the 2 and sometimes 3 jobs they had.

Divinely, my husband and others felt a deep calling and joined our team to help 1 million underserved individuals transition to six-figure salaries through tech. When you hear our mission, imagine communities free from crime, with stronger families, generational home ownership, and generational wealth. 

The technology industry is only growing, and we are preparing our community for that holistically by exposing the entire family to possibilities and opportunities, preparing adults and parents by way of coaching, training and certifications, then connecting them with higher paying jobs.

We are raising $100,000.00 to reach our goal of helping 100 people secure higher paying tech salaries in 2025.
