•   Let's Engage! In addition to sour experiences faced by underrepresented talent, statistics reveal significant gaps in wealth, leadership, and employment within the Tech industry. 
•  From engagement we offer the sweetener, a variety of technical training, coaching, programs, and services to Empower, in preparation for hire and growth.

• Provision - providing a workforce pipeline to businesses and brands pursuing company growth with community impact in mind
• Programs - our programs are designed to grow each participant from Engagement to Entrepreneurship or Employment

2016

• Lemonade Based Programs provided to dozens of organizations, schools, and businesses in D.C., Maryland and Virginia. 

2020

•  6 Programs offered throughout Maryland and D.C targeting both the youth and community . Served 110 + businesses with impact and growth focused consulting.

2021

•  Launch of our Abundance Initiative - Programs targeting ages 13-17 and 18-24, engagement to empowerment to employment pipeline.

2025

•  We will facilitate the transition of at least 1,000,000 people from the poverty line to middle-class by 2025.
