The Spring semester focuses on onboarding and foundational technical exposure. Participants begin with orientation and core sessions, then are introduced to fundamental IT concepts including Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Machines, and JIRA. Soft-skill development is reinforced through Lemonade & Lifeskills workshops.

Students participate in career preparation activities, continue core learning sessions, and deepen technical knowledge through Cloud, Vulnerability Management, and advanced AI training. Professional development continues alongside technical growth.

The Fall semester centers on professional certification preparation and security frameworks. Participants advance into project management and security topics including PSM, Risk Management, RMF/Zero Trust, and continued JIRA usage, preparing them for real-world workplace environments and certification pathways.
