Semester Cohorts

Spring Semester

The Spring semester focuses on onboarding and foundational technical exposure. Participants begin with orientation and core sessions, then are introduced to fundamental IT concepts including Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Machines, and JIRA. Soft-skill development is reinforced through Lemonade & Lifeskills workshops.

Summer Semester

The Summer semester emphasizes career readiness and practical technical skill building. Fall Semester

The Fall semester centers on professional certification preparation and security frameworks. Participants advance into project management and security topics including PSM, Risk Management, RMF/Zero Trust, and continued JIRA usage, preparing them for real-world workplace environments and certification pathways.

Provides foundational knowledge and skills in IT and networking, including hardware manipulation, network configuration, and troubleshooting. Prepares participants for entry-level IT roles and certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+.

Agile + Atlassian Foundation

Introduces Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence, focusing on collaboration, productivity, and streamlined project delivery.

Episode 34: The Decision That Launched Lemonade + Life-Skills and Sparked a New Generation of Tech Careers.

   In this January edition of our Sweet & Sour Tech Talk, Our co-founder Wali Lathan sits down with Jackie Escobar of the International Youth Foundation. Jackie was one of the youth leaders who played a key role in IYF investing in Consult Lemonade. That substantial investment led to the development of our 17-week Lemonade + Life-Skills program.
